The things that I can have, that most would see as good for me, are never the things I want. Making friends is great, but it seems they never last, or come to a point where the person stops taking me seriously, or just starts to see me in a different light, one less deserving of respect.

Just minding my own business
I’m sitting in the backroom this morning trying to be a productive employee, and out of the corner of my eye I see a big ol’ spider just moseying along on the wall next to me.
By the time I assessed the situation, he was out of reach. I pulled out the desk to get to him, then sprayed him with an upside down can of dust remover (so he’d get all frozen and chemical-y) and stomped...
