Apple Sues Samsung, Claims “Look and Feel” Too Similar According to representative Kristin Huguet, the general design and icons are blatantly copied from Apple’s devices.  Intellectual property, they exclaim! My opinion?  No, they don’t look exactly the same.  Don’t get me wrong, in a lot of ways, they look very similar.  That is because they are the same type of device.  Smartphone, Tablet PC, whatever you wanna call it. It’s a rounded rectangle, usually black and shiny with a colorful screen and bubbly touchpad buttons on it.  You are not the God of all touch devices.  But that’s just me. What do you think?
